The Foundation Day Celebrations of BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus were held on 28/4/2009. Dr.Hanuman Chowdhary, Chairman,Pragyan Bharathi,A.P. and Fellow TCS, was the Chief Guest.The Guests of Honour were Dr.M.V.Ramana Rao,M.D. MIC Electronics and  ex-bitsian Mr.Sarat Sura,M.D.,Sierra Atlantic.As a mark of respect, floral tributes were paid to Late Mr.K.K.Birla.As part of the cultural events, students presented hilarious plays, dances and music programmes, followed by a DJ Nite.
